  • Process: Please contact us immediately upon discovering the fault. We require a description along with Videographic (Unboxing right from courier packaging to the product) and photographic evidence of the defect or incorrect item to approve your return & refund request.
  • Refund or Replacement: Based on your preference or the resolution provided, we will provide a full refund or send a replacement product. We aim to process refunds and replacements promptly once the issue & return/refund request is verified.

              For COD orders, customers need to contact our customer support team, who will assist with the refund process according to your preference. Please note that currently, we offer COD only in select pincodes.
